The staff were initially friendly and accommodating, allowing us to drop off our luggage early and use a room for a shower. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.
The room we were given for the shower was dirty and had a strong damp smell. the hotel only accepted cash for payment, which seemed suspicious.

I had a great stay at Rest24 Residence. The location was perfect, close to the metro and train stations. The room was clean and modern, with a lovely wood design. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Despite some small inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bangkok. The best aspects were the convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the main railway station and close to the MRT. The hotel staff were very helpful, and I was able to check in early in the morning. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a nice industrial flair. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. There were also laundry facilities available on the rooftop, which was great for longer stays. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a metro station nearby and easy access to transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a decent size for the value. The staff, while not fluent in English, were still friendly and helpful.
There were some communication difficulties due to the language barrier with the receptionist.
